COLD WEATHER LEAK PREVENTION

Customers make sure to cover your outside faucets during extreme cold weather. When the temperature falls at 32 degrees or lower you can also open cabinet doors around sinks to let warm air in. Especially those that have outside walls. Another option is to drip faucets. Check pressure after a hard freeze to see if it is low and check for leaks after your pipes have thawed out to prevent high water bills. If your meter is spinning and all your water is off inside and outside your house, it is a sign off a leak.
